Editing Work

Scroll

During my time at the University of Illinois, I worked with the schools Housing Department to craft videos showcasing the benefits of choosing Univesity Housing. Below are a selection of videos I edited, either fully or partially. I worked alongside my colleagues to find ways to best present the topics in an engaging and entertaining light. Here more than anywhere else I learned how to take and apply constructive feedback.

I worked as both an editor and crew member for this shoot. Our director and videographer, John Isberg, had a high standard for his videos, and it shows in the quality of the final product.

Part of my job while working with the University was exploring new ways to heighten our content. In this video I was tasked with experimenting with a new graphics package to best illustrate the high-quality of cafeteria food.

When dealing with students and potential students, a level of fun and pop culture can help. This fun shoot was meant to look like BTS, and riffs off a (then)popular video featuring Shia Labeof. Definitely one of the more difficult shoots due to the green screen setup.
